The greatest funeral of the 20th century

Many were the delegations of various movements and organizations as Yasser Arafat, leader of the then internationally unrecognized Palestine, Mohamed Abdelaziz, President of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, partly internationally recognized state and leaders of the Socialist Party of Chile, Carlos Altamirano and Clodomiro Almeyda. Although the leader of Chile, Augusto Pinochet did not send an official state delegation.
